So what is this blog about??? Good question.
Next question, who am I ?? and why am I putting up yet another blog to be posted on the internet, for anyone with a half working computer and an ok command of English or a good translator can read. Do we need more blogs...??
MMM these are good questions.
Firstly.. The point of this blog is for me to write about my up coming adventures etc in Italy at the University of Gastronomic Sciences..Being such a unique experience, and being a communication course, I think it is only fitting to post a blog for my year about day to day happenings.
Secondly, I am a chef, an artist and someone who loves to eat, and passionate about how we eat, what we eat and understanding where our food comes from.
The master's course is going to be about the many aspects of food.. This does not necessarily mean cooking as many people automatically think the course will be on. In fact its all the "other stuff" around food prior to cooking..Maybe even after cooking if the food is to be sold pre cooked and produced in some way.
So cooking is not the main theme ...
Course begins 26th May.. in 2 months time, but at this time I am getting my preparations organised.
